These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Career Leap platform and related digital products and services (collectively, the "Platform") provided by Reno Perry LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing access to or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Platform
Career Leap is a software platform that provides senior professionals with access to an AI-powered job search CRM, digital tools, downloadable templates, and on-demand training modules. Access to the Platform is provided digitally via the internet. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use the Platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Access
Upon purchase, you will receive credentials to access the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share, transfer, or resell your account access.

4. Payment
All fees are charged at the time of purchase. We accept payment via credit card and other methods made available at checkout, including installment financing through third-party providers such as Affirm. All prices are listed in US dollars.

5. Refund Policy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose or the results you may achieve from using it. Individual results will vary.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reno Perry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
